Registration on the website
Registering on the website is easy and rapid, just enter the “my account” area and enter the required data in the blank fields.
When registering, please keep your username and the related password, they will be necessary to fill an order, to enter your personal area (where the order details and your personal data are stored) and to make a list of your favourite products.
The username must be a valid e-mail address, which will be sent a validation e-mail including a numeric code. After verification, the username cannot be changed.
Your data stay confidential and are managed in a professional way. You can find all information about data usage and terms of sale in the specific areas inside this website: privacy policy, cookie policy, terms of sale.
Should you lose your password, you can easily create a new one by clicking on “Forgot your password?” in the login area. Enter the same e-mail address you used when you registered.
You will receive an email including a link which allows you to access a form to enter a new password. The link is valid for a limited time. Should it expire, just repeat the procedure in the login area.
How to make an order
To make a purchase on the website it is necessary to be 18 years or older, to register on the website and to fill an order.
In order to avoid any inconvenience, we recommend you take the utmost care at entering your personal data when registering.
All received orders are processed by our team within 72 hours from the purchase (except holidays and seasonal closing).
Each order is assigned a unique number which is very important because every communication related to the order itself will be identified through this number. You will receive an e-mail confirming the order is being processed. The email includes the order number and is sent to the address you entered when you registered.
Shouldn’t you receive the confirmation e-mail, please write us at info@vervebikes.com or reach us by clicking on the chat icon in the website (before contacting us, we suggest you check our e-mail has not been classified as “spam” by your e-mail client).
You can check and track anytime your order status in the “my orders” area.
Delivery time may depend on the selected payment method, on force majeure (related to sanitary or environmental emergencies) or on difficulties the courier might encounter (due to: wrong shipment data; recipient’s unavailability for delivery and subsequent storage of the parcel; strikes; hard-to-reach delivery locations).
Should the delivered product not correspond to the order, you can either return it and be refunded or obtain the replacement with the right product (upon availability). We suggest you write at support@vervebikes.com to detail the problem you have encountered and attaching pictures displaying the non-compliance of the received goods.
Should a product of interest be sold out, you can receive updates on the product state by entering your e-mail address in the specific alerts field. You will be sent an e-mail as soon as the product is available.
Order cancellation
If your order has not yet been entrusted to the courier, you can write at support@vervebikes.it to request cancellation.
You can request the cancellation also if your order has already been shipped, however we cannot ensure that the operation will be successful. Because if the shipping process has already started, the courier might not be able to stop the delivery.
We will inform you via e-mail if the order cannot be cancelled, anyway you can:
- • Refuse the delivery
- • Accept the delivery and exercise your right of withdrawal within the following 14 days.
Return shipping costs will be at your charge.
Invoice request
When making the order you can ask for an invoice, which you will receive via e-mail.
You can also ask for the invoice after making the order, within 7 (seven) days from the purchase date. Please contact our customer care, in case.
Payment methods
You can choose the means of payment you prefer among the available ones, so you can complete your purchase in complete safety, comfort and transparency.
- Credit card
We accept all credit cards, including prepaid cards, belonging to the following circuits: Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express.
No surcharge will be added for credit card payments.
All sensitive credit cards data are encrypted and directly transmitted by the payment provider without transiting from our server. Verve Cw srl has not access to credit cards data under any circumstances.
- PayPal
It is an online payment system which requires to open an account.
When choosing this method, after clicking on “send order” you are redirected to a PayPal page where you are requested to enter your Paypal e-mail and password in order to finalize the payment.
Every time you make a transaction with this method, Paypal will send you a confirmation e-mail.
The order amount will be immediately debited from your PayPal account, you can block it in the event of non-delivery.
- Compass Pagolight
It is a payment method allowing you to pay in instalments up to 24 months.
Shipping
All products are delivered – via express courier (BRT-DPD) – directly to the address you entered when confirming your order. Delivery time may vary depending on the country of destination. The range is approximately from 3 to 10 business days from the payment, subject to availability of the product or force majeure. Should the product not be available, we will reach you promptly to change the order.
When receiving [on delivery of] the goods, you are required to verify that:
- The number of parcels corresponds to what indicated in the shipping document.
- The packaging is intact and the packing tape has not been tampered with. In case the packaging has been tampered or damaged, you have to open a dispute by writing “GOODS ACCEPTED WITH CONTROL RESERVE” on the delivery note you have been handed by the courier. If you don’t, any further dispute won’t be accepted.
We recommend you provide a delivery address where someone is constantly available to receive the goods.
Concerning e-bikes, you will receive an SMS notification (to the phone number you provided when making your order) 24/48 hours before the delivery. The message will provide delivery date and time. Please be aware that this information is quite approximate so both date and time may change.
Concerning spare parts, accessories and apparel, you won’t be notified before the delivery.
The courier will make two delivery attempts. Should both fail, the courier is leaving in your mailbox a notice allowing you to arrange/set a new delivery or to collect the parcel at a courier’s branch or delivery point within 7-10 days.
If the courier doesn’t receive any instruction or if you provide a wrong address, the goods will be stocked at the courier’s headquarters and you will be charged the related costs.
Should you encounter any problem in receiving your order, we suggest you write us promptly at support@vervebikes.com.
Additional delivery services: you can point out any specific need by writing at info@vervebikes.com. Possible costs related to the required additional services will be at your charge.
Withdrawal
Withdrawal period
You have 14 (fourteen) days to exercise the right of withdrawal, without giving reasons.
The withdrawal period ends 14 (fourteen) days after receiving the goods.
You must inform us that you wish to withdraw from the contract within this period.
The right to withdrawal is reserved to consumers only. It is not applied to legal entities/Legal entities are not eligible.
Withdrawal procedure
Please follow the following steps:
- Notify your intention to withdraw from the contract by sending an email at support@vervebikes.com:
- Upon receipt of your notification, we are sending you a confirmation e-mail to the address you provided in the order or in the withdrawal request
- You will receive the instructions to make the return shipment within 1 (one) business day. We remind you the shipping costs are at your charge.
- After being returned the parcel and verifying that the product is undamaged, Verve CW srl is going to refund you (except for the shipping costs you have incurred to return the product).
Terms to exercise the right of withdrawal
Return shipping costs are entirely at your charge.
You won’t be submitted to any cost or penalty for exercising the withdrawal right.
In case of any diminished value of the goods resulting from a handling different from what required to verify their nature, characteristics and functioning, Verve CW srl reserves the right to not accept the return or to not fully reimburse the amount paid for the purchase.
Purchased products must be returned intact and undamaged, inside their original packaging and complete with everything was included in the packaging itself.
Reimbursement procedures
If the right of withdrawal has been exercised in compliance with the terms and conditions specified above, Verve CW srl will reimburse the amount paid for the purchase, including the delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from the possible choice of a different delivery than the proposed standard delivery). The refund will be credited back using the original payment method, unless you specifically ask for a different one.
The refund will be processed within 5 (five) business days from receiving the undamaged product.
