Warranty Conditions
Verve ebikes are guaranteed according to the following terms:
5 years warranty from the date of purchase on the frame in case of natural breakdown.
2 years warranty from the date of purchase on mechanical parts: pedals, handlebar, saddle, leverages etc.
1 year warranty from the date of purchase on electrical parts: motor, battery, charger, torque and cadence sensors, other sensors, display, lights.
The warranty does not cover all consumables parts: disc brakes, brake pads, tyres, inner tubes, chain, handle grips. Signs of aging, such as parts discoloration, are not covered either.
